Rental Information Request

Whidbey Island military housing may be subject to rent payments commencing as early as October 2004.

There are several reasons you may NOT want to live in military housing, or in a local rental property.

        NORTH WHIDBEY ISLAND.  North Whidbey Island (NAS Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, and Coupeville) is the most populated area on Whidbey Island.  Our Oak Harbor property manager (independently owned and operated) currently maintains approximately 125 rental units.  For an updated list of available rentals, please submit the above form and information on current rentals will be forwarded to you.

    Note:  You may want to check back periodically since the rental market 

              changes on a daily basis.  New rentals usually come on the

              market between the 1st and 10th of each month since tenants are

              required to provide 20 days notice prior to vacate.

        SOUTH WHIDBEY ISLAND.  South Whidbey Island (Greenbank, Freeland, Langley, and Clinton) property management offices usually have vacations rentals which are available on a short term basis.  These type rentals are usually more expensive.   Please ask if you would like information on these type rental units.
